What you'll do:
• Own all our sales systems which currently include Salesforce, Sales loft, DocuSign, Zoom info and Connect & Sell. You’ll be the main point of contact for these systems and liaise with our Account Management team and 3rd party developers
• Own all sales data ensuring data hygiene, allocations etc
• Be a thought partner for the senior leadership team, leading conversations around process improvement and efficiency while making intelligent decisions that inform company strategy
• Help define and implement best operational practices to increase operational oversight, accurately track the pipeline, and project future revenue potential
• Partner with sales leadership to help identify key areas for process improvement that will drive greater customer experience and improve conversion efficiency
• Provide guidance for long-term design, development, and implementation of sales tools and systems to support business objectives
• Ensure the effective administration and data integrity of sales systems including Salesforce, and sales automation tools
• Ensures sales reports and other intelligence is provided to the sales organization and develops new reporting tools and dashboard metrics needed for measurement
• Drive the sales “rhythm of business” providing guidance, structure, and support for our sales and forecasting cadence
• Lead cross-departmental initiatives to identify opportunities to simplify the sales process through optimization and automation
• Hire, lead, and develop the Sales Operations organization as business needs evolve
• Facilitate successful implementation and adoption of new processes within the Sales organization. Foster an environment of continuous process improvement
