Job Responsibilities :
- Creation, management, and publishing content to social media channels (B2B), including paid/sponsored social media ads.
- Responding to questions and comments in social media accounts in a timely manner according to brand voice guidelines.
- Engaging and commenting on Internal Results’ social media channels and related partner agencies shared content.
- Promote content created by Internal Results’ marketing team (such as website blog articles, videos, ads) on different social media channels.
- Share industry-relevant and informative articles (but non-branded / not Internal Results content) to social media channels.
- Managing a social media content plan and calendar.
- Monitoring and analysis of different social media performance metrics.
- Research industry benchmarks and trends, as well as competitors’ social media presence, and performance.
- Growth and management of email contact lists and segmentation.
- Design and implementation of email marketing campaigns (both cold email campaigns to target distribution lists and company-subscribed nurturing lists).
- Management of email templates, automated emails, graphics, and personalization.
- Monitoring, analysis, and reporting of email campaign performance.
- Email conformance to industry policies and best practices.
- Submission of leads from email and social media campaigns using Internal Results’s CRM platform (Salesforce) and reporting on revenue attributed to email and social media.
- Working with other copywriters and graphic designers to ensure content is relevant, informative, and visually appealing.
- Improvement suggestions and implementation of new social and email features.
- Staying abreast of developments and trends in social media and email marketing.
- Ongoing reporting to management.
- Ensuring individual KPIs are met each month.
Job Requirements :
- At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering strong results in both social media and email marketing.
- Excellent knowledge of Social Media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc.), email marketing services (e.g. HubSpot, MailChimp, Constant Contact, etc.), and related scheduling, monitoring, and analytics tools.
- Content optimization for social media platforms and email marketing.
- Knowledge in SEO, web traffic metrics and SEO copywriting is desirable.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Customer services skills are desirable.
- Experience working within a Technology, SaaS or Lead Generation company is desirable.
- Excellent reporting and time-management skills.
- A willingness to learn, research and use initiative.
- The ability to work independently and proactively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and literacy skills.
- Perfect command of the English language.
