Objectives:
· Grow accounts, upsell, and cross-sell through understanding the client’s needs and making pivots as necessary
· Act as liaison between sales and delivery to ensure that campaigns are pacing appropriately
· Communicate with delivery team to ensure that campaigns are performing as expected and make recommendations to clients accordingly
· Always be available for your clients and respond in a timely manner
Duties:
· Schedule kick-off calls for new campaigns as well as regular check-in calls with clients to review and receive feedback on performance
· Set up new programs and make sure delivery team has all the necessary resources, assets, creative, etc needed for each program to go live
· Keep meticulous records up to date for performance and pacing of campaigns
· Work with delivery team and sales to prioritize accounts and programs
· Review and verify lead deliveries before passing along to client
· Upsell incremental revenue by capitalizing on successes and enlightening customers on new product offerings/alternative offerings
· Provide updates to management when required on projected revenue and growth of each account
· Utilize tools and systems provided to manage time effectively
