· Validate data we hold on potential leads through LinkedIn or other web sites
· Identify data gaps and amend where necessary
· Tele verify company switchboard numbers to confirm they are correct
· Liaise with other department colleagues, clients, and regulators in relation to ad hoc requests &continuous improvement initiatives
